Job Summary of the Business Development Associate| NoemDek Limited

  • We’re looking for a young, motivated, and outgoing Business Development Associate to help develop the organization’s transportation division’s client base.
  • The selected candidate will be at the forefront of the firm and will be committed to developing and implementing effective business development strategies in order to grow the company by attracting and retaining new clients.
  • The goal is to achieve long-term financial growth by increasing revenue and developing new relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting the Transport Division’s Operations Manager with all sales and analytical tasks.
  • Creating a growth strategy that prioritizes financial gain as well as client satisfaction
  • Identifying and securing business opportunities, coordinating business creation operations, and building tailored targeted sales tactics are all tasks that need to be completed.
  • Developing long-term commercial partnerships with present and prospective customers
  • At client meetings and conferences, creating insightful presentations, presenting and distributing information to potential clients
  • Working with management to set sales targets, plan, and forecast; keeping short-term and long-term corporate development plans in place
  • achieving sales goals set for months, quarters, and years
  • Organizing business interactions with potential customers
  • Getting the word out about the company’s products or services addressing or anticipating the goals of clients
  • Creating contracts while adhering to the law’s stated rules and regulations
  • Keeping track of revenue, invoices, and so on.

Qualifications

  • B.Sc. / B.A. in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Work experience as a business development executive, sales executive, or other similar function for at least one year is required.
  • It is necessary to have prior experience working for a vehicle leasing company.
  • Proven track record of achieving goals.
