Job Description/Requirements

  • Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Take customers’ orders via phone and internets
  • Engage customers in order to resolve their issues and complaints
  • Bill customers for items requested
  • Forward customers’ orders to the appropriate kitchen location for processing and obtain evidence/confirmation of receipt from the kitchen.
  • Following call Centre “scripts” when handling different topics
  • Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions
  • Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
  • Keep records of all conversations in our Call Centre database in a comprehensible way
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
