Location: Lekki, Lagos State, Nigeria

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities: • Attend to customer transactions in real-time

• Actively help customers with questions and achieve their needs


• Excellent communication and presentation skills, Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

• Ability to develop and manage a system of operation

• Passionate about customer service

• Not more than 28 years old

• Must live within close proximity to the office location, Lekki

• Must be able to take on night and weekend shifts when required

• Must be Tech Savvy Previous experience in Fintech, E-commerce related company is an added advantage

OND / HND / BSc qualification.

Salary:N100,000 per month
