Radix Pension Managers Ltd is a company that manages pension funds. The National Pension Commission (“PenCom”) has licensed Radix Pension Managers as a Pension Fund Administrator (“PFA”). IGI Pension Managers Limited, a company previously held by IGI Plc, was acquired by Radix Capital Partners Limited, a Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regulated investment banking firm, on February 15, 2017. Following the acquisition, the company was given a new Board of Directors and executive management team to run it.

  • Assisting the Managing Director with engagement and transaction execution.
  • To support transaction execution, financial analysis and financial modeling are performed.
  • Identify and track new advisory opportunities across all of the firm’s main expertise.
  • Planning, structuring, and executing capital raising mandates for (all new and current investment banks), including M&A and Financial, Business Advisory, and Asset Management.
  • Working collaboratively with other members of the team to identify viable corporate and project financing options for the Company’s clients based on their business profiles.
  • Working collaboratively with other employees on all Company-related activities


  • Candidates must have a Master’s degree or a Bachelor’s degree in science, as well as at least six years of work experience.
  • Ability to design, monitor, assess, and update complex and integrating financial models and analysis demonstrates a strong command of Excel.
  • A thorough understanding of company and asset valuation, as well as the capacity to perform it.
  • Ability to develop appropriate company strategy, operations, procedures, and key drivers in order to increase profitability and return on investment.
  • Strong academic record, with evidence of high numerical, verbal, and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, as evidenced by mastery of writing and oral communication;
  • Ability to multitask and collaborate with people from a wide range of backgrounds
  • Personable team player having the capacity to acquire colleagues’ confidence and trust.
  • Registration with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as a sponsored individual would be advantageous.
