We’re looking for someone to fill the following position:

  • Defining the legal and regulatory HR obligations in your area
  • Defining the needs of the local market in terms of business
  • In the local market, coordinating decisions
  • Ensure that data has been cleansed and is ready to be loaded into the new system.
  • HR processes and local policies are being tested in the system.
  • Ensure that the relevant business data is imported into the system for the market.
  • Market stakeholder education and communication.
  • Prepare policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) as appropriate.
  • Ongoing M-Files and associated Assignments Support:
  • Ascertain that the archive provider is performing as expected.
  • Work with IT to increase user acceptance and registration.
  • Through knowledge sessions and other methods, ensure that systems are used to their full potential and that upgrades and changes are made.

Other responsibilities:

  • All required HR data and reports must be accurately recorded, analyzed, and produced. HR data metrics and dashboards, both recurring and ad hoc, are included. Investigate possibilities for continual improvement.
  • Support HR choices using research data and analysis.
  • To ensure great, efficient, and value-added customer service, keep an eye on team SLAs and KPIs.
  • All HR activities, such as talent and reward analyses and processes, policy review, annual salary process, union negotiations, and as appropriate, are advised and supported.
  • Complete all HR projects as requested by the company.

Qualifications of the HR Project Manager at PZ Cussons Nigeria Plc

  • 5–7 years of relevant work experience
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Expert in data analysis, data manipulation, and issue solution.
  • Ability to offer clear and accurate information in a business-friendly way.
  • When presenting knowledge to various audiences, confidence and skill are essential.
  • An added benefit is reward experience.
  • Workplace organization is excellent.
  • A two-year contract role has to be full-time for the period of the contract.
