Job Description

  • Our client is seeking an exceptional candidate to fill the position of Human Resources Manager.
  • This is an exciting position that entails hiring, managing salary, benefits, and leave, as well as enforcing business policies and practices.

Duties of the Human Resource Manager| Spurt Healthcare

  • Assist in the creation and execution of human resources initiatives and systems.
  • Advice on policies and processes is available.
  • The capacity to manage employee relations and advocate employee relations strategies, which is required to build a strong employer-employee relationship and boost employee morale and motivation.
  • Prepare job descriptions, post ads, and manage the hiring process to be actively involved in recruitment.
  • Coordinate applicant interviews and screening.
  • Prepare reports as needed.
  • Examine and keep track of leave requests and approvals.
  • Payroll is monitored in collaboration with Finance, and all benefits are ensured.
  • Maintain a close eye on employee performance and implement performance management procedures (regular performance appraisal).
  • Make and carry out successful onboarding strategies.
  • Creating a Learning & Development Calendar and scheduling training for all levels of employees
  • Assist in the resolution of disciplinary and grievance matters.
  • Maintain accurate electronic records for employees (attendance, EEO data, etc.) in accordance with policy and legal standards.
  • Emails and other forms of professional communication should be used.
  • To guarantee legal compliance, review employment and working circumstances.
  • To make workflow easier, create templates.
  • Suggestions and recommendations for various types of improvement should be made to the management team.
  • Ensure that the company’s procedure is followed at every stage of the recruitment process.
  • Ascertain that new hires are properly inducted by HR and other departments.
  • Ensure that all corporate policies, processes, regulations, and behaviour are followed.
  • Create and implement human resource initiatives and systems.
  • Develop and implement employee recognition and reward programs at all levels.
  • Taking care of all employee performance reviews
  • Organize corporate meetings, suggestion programs, employee satisfaction surveys, and one-on-one meetings to manage employee communication and feedback.
  • Keep an eye on the company’s culture to make sure it’s supporting the company’s goals and encouraging employee contentment.
  • Keep track of all third-party service providers and vendors in a thorough database.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working in HR or any administrative role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • A master’s degree in human resource management or certificates from reputable organizations (e.g., CIPM, PHR) are valuable assets.
  • Knowledge of labor law in depth.
  • Learning and development are two different things.
  • Experience in similar positions, particularly with industry names.
  • Employee relations are important.
  • HR expertise in all areas is required.
  • Must have prior expertise with HR management software.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, both internally and outside, to enable professional contact among personnel and management.
  • Ability to create and administrate templates, as well as prepare work reports.
  • Excellent attention to detail, as well as the capacity to keep a high level of precision.
  • A proactive, flexible work strategy that includes the capacity to prioritize and re-prioritize.
  • Ability to operate under duress, manage work stress, and act independently
  • Ability to handle sensitive material in a discreet and confidential manner.
  • Excellent computer abilities, especially experience with presentation software products such as Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
