Job summary

  • We’re looking for a talented and experienced Branch Manager (Female) with IT knowledge to allocate and direct all work done in the branch and manage all areas of operation.
  • You’ll supervise employees, create a great work environment, and ensure that customers are satisfied and that the branch runs well.
  • The ideal candidate will be hands-on and dedicated to the company’s growth and success by developing tactics that boost productivity and enable the attainment of sales targets.

Duties

  • Determine, assess, and manage strategic threats and opportunities.
  • Ensure that corporate and industry policies and procedures are followed.
  • Increase the branch’s total productivity by providing relevant employee training, properly budgeting, removing inefficiencies, and capitalising on growth prospects.
  • Develop and manage marketing and sales strategy.
  • Manage everyday operations, particularly customer service and finance, and make necessary adjustments.
  • Employee performance is evaluated, and comments and coaching are given as needed.
  • Increasing the company’s brand recognition in the community
  • Identifying opportunities and assessing market conditions
  • Budgeting, assigning branch funding, and creating financial goals are all tasks that must be completed.
  • Control all parts of the business, including distribution, customer service, human resources, administration, and sales.
  • Examine the local market and look for present and future sales prospects.
  • Prepare predictions, financial goals, and company plans.
  • Goals and metrics are met.
  • Identify areas for improvement and provide solutions that address difficulties while also maximizing development potential.
  • Share information about effective practices, competitive intelligence, business possibilities, and needs with other offices and headquarters.
  • Resolve customer and employee satisfaction issues as soon as possible.

  • Must live in Abuja and the surrounding areas.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a similar subject is required.
  • At least three years of management, finance, sales, or other relevant company experience is required.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and excellent leadership abilities.
  • Experience as a Sales Executive or in a related capacity is required.
  • Detailed knowledge of marketing and bargaining strategies
  • Multitasking and managing numerous projects at the same time is a must.
  • Knowledge of modern management approaches and best practices is required.
  • Ability to achieve sales and production targets
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Leadership and administrative qualities that are results-oriented and customer-focused.
