Job brief

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Growth Lead to work with us in expanding our clientele.

Such person should posses the ability to develop sales territory strategies based on customer profiles.

A self starter, self-motivated, analytical and strategic sales person who is able to drive growth, build and lead a top notch sales team.

Highly important, is an impeccable oral and written communication skills, that drives effective business communication.

You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients, leading onboarding of businesses such such supermarkets, restaurants etc on our Tech Solutions aside upselling and cross selling financial solutions to them.

You’ll be expected Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs,

Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives

Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines

Work with teams to Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.

And develop effective data collection, interpretation and analytics processes for intelligent decision making

You would be expected to lead Provision of trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople and in the long term, drive the overall vision of the company, just as you also grow in leaps and bounds.



Over 5 Years Experience in selling technology products like PoS, ERP, BOM, Mobile apps

  • Experience in Finance Solutions, Finance Industry or Capital Markets

Proven Sales and Account Management Track Records

Proficiency in MS Office, CRMs and other essential communication software (e.g. Salesforce)

Proficiency in English Language

Market knowledge
Communication and negotiation skills

Ability to build rapport
Time management and planning skills

BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
